It would be great to set a quota per IP per hour. So, If there is some abusive IP kill it for a while and let other users/IPs enjoy their time!

Mike, great point.

our thinking right now is to have policies happening at two levels: generic & specific.

so, you could have a generic IP quota for all IPs.

and also have one-off quotas for specifying particular IPs.

Great stuff.
