Privacy Policy issues

One important area that the Privacy Policy does not sufficiently cover is any 3rd party data that may pass through Apigee proxies.

Here's an example: an organization builds a tool that geocodes a patient's address and maps relevant medical facilities in that area. How can they be sure that sensitive patient data remains private?

I've started a Google Document for anyone to contribute to, and I've annotated it with my own comments.

If you would like to suggest a change, please don't edit any text directly, instead place the cursor near the relevant area and use control-m to insert a comment. As long as the communication remains civil, I will keep the document open. If you do make suggestions in the doc, please also note it here in this thread so I can track it.

(Note: as the community manager for Apigee, one of my responsibilities is to advocate for Apigee users. With this post I'm trying to involve everyone in this conversation rather than keeping it internal to Apigee.)
