Can you set API policies for multiple APIs?
It looks like an API quota is for all your registered APIs. Is there a way to set limits per API? This is important for mashup authors who often use multiple services which may have varying limits (though granted mashup authors are consumers and aren't likely to be setting limits!)

The preview has a confusing user interaction, which we will fix in an upcoming deployment.
In the meantime, yes, you actually can set the policy per API.
When you are on the Policies page, http://app.apigee.com/policies, there is a drop down in the upper right-hand corner with the label, "View API ->".
From there you should be able to select to which API you'd like to apply the policy.
Please let me know if that addresses your concern.
